What is Aikido?

Aikido is a Japanese martial art that teaches self-defense without the need to harm your opponent. In our school, we emphasize:

How to Start Aikido Training in Gdynia?

Come to Your First Class

Arrive 15 minutes early in comfortable sportswear (sweatpants, leggings, t-shirt). Keikogi (Aikido uniform) can be purchased later.

Learn the Basics

You'll learn etiquette, warm-up exercises (Aiki Taiso), and first techniques. You'll practice with an experienced aikidoka as your partner.

Continue Regularly

Minimum 2 times per week is a good start. Consistency is more important than intensity.

Aikido in Tricity (Gdańsk-Sopot-Gdynia)
